Né à Paris en 1992, Adam Bernadac est organiste, pianiste et compositeur. Il se forme d’abord auprès d’Eric Lebrun au Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional (CRR) de Saint-Maur-des-fossés où il obtient son Diplôme d’Etudes Musicales (DEM) en 2013.
Il intègre ensuite le Pôle Supérieur d’enseignement artistique de Paris Boulogne-Billancourt (PSPBB) pour étudier l’orgue avec Christophe Mantoux et la basse continue avec Frédéric Michel. Au terme de son parcours au PSPBB, il obtient le Diplôme national supérieur professionnel de musicien (DNSPM), une licence de musicologie et le diplôme d’Etat de professeur d’orgue. Titulaire de la carte professionnelle d’organiste pour la province ecclésiastique de Paris, il est nommé en 2021 organiste titulaire de la cathédrale de Nîmes. En 2023, il est nommé professeur d’écriture et d’orchestration au Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional Darius Milhaud d’Aix-en-Provence.
Après avoir été initié à l’écriture par Stéphane Delplace et Thibault Perrine, il est admis en 2014 au Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de de Danse de Paris (CNSMDP) en cycle supérieur d’écriture. Il y obtient les prix d’harmonie, de contrepoint, de fugue et formes et d’orchestration. Entre 2015 et 2017, il est élève en improvisation de Paul Goussot au Conservatoire de Rueil-Malmaison, avant d’intégrer la classe de Thierry Escaich et Laszlo Fassang au CNSM de Paris. Dans cet établissement, il se forme en musiques médiévales (lecture sur les sources, contrepoint médiéval et polyphonies improvisées) auprès de Raphaël Picazos.
En tant qu’interprète et improvisateur, il se produit principalement en France, mais aussi en Italie et en Allemagne dans des répertoires et sur des instruments variés. En parallèle de son activité de soliste, il a formé un duo avec la mezzo-soprano Jeanne Pâris, le violoniste Frederik Camacho et la percussionniste Amélie Chambinaud. Au piano, il accompagne une conférence-concert autour de Jacques Offenbach au théâtre du Ranelagh à l’occasion du festival « Les folies Offenbach » le 1er décembre 2019.
Organiste invité des journées du patrimoine 2020 à la cathédrale de Nîmes, du festival du Vigan, du festival « Les orgues chantent au coeur de Rodez » et de la saison de musiques sacrées à la cathédrale d’Aix en Provence. Entre 2020 et 2022, il est directeur artistique du festival Voix d’orgues de Bédarieux (34) où il a à coeur de promouvoir la création et la transversalité. 1er prix et prix du public au concours international d’improvisation à l’orgue de Schwäbisch Gmünd (2021), il obtient le 2nd prix au concours d’orgue Gaston Litaize (2022).
Compositeur, il participe à différentes créations artistiques, parmi lesquelles «Je me suis rappelé cent fois» installation de Sophie Kitching (Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs, 2014) et « Récif » court-métrage d’Assia Piqueras (Studio national des arts contemporains du Fresnoy, 2017). En 2021, il est lauréat de l’académie de composition Léo Delibes (Festival des Forêts, Compiègne, 2019) pour laquelle il compose une Petite suite pour le quatuor de saxophones « Ellipsos ». En tant qu’arrangeur, il collabore avec l’atelier lyrique angevin sur le « Voyage en Chine », opéra-comique de François Bazin qui sera joué en 2022.

Born 1992, Adam Bernadac is organist, pianist and composer. In 2013 he obtained his Diploma in Musical studies at the Regional Conservatory (CRR) of Saint-Maur-des-Fossés where he trained under Eric Lebrun.
He went on to study the organ with Christophe Mantoux and basso continuo with Frédéric Michel at the Paris Boulogne-Billancourt Higher School of Art Education (PSPBB), where he obtained the National Diploma as a Professional Musician (DNSPM), a Bachelor degree in Musicology and the State Diploma for Organ Teacher. In 2018 he obtained his certification as a professional organist for the ecclesiastical province of Paris. In 2021, he is appointed titular organist of the Alfred Kern organ of the Nîmes Cathedral. in 2023, he is appointed teacher in harmony, counterpoint, orchestration and musical analysis at the regional Conservatoire of Aix-en-Provence (south of France).
Having been introduced to composition by Stéphane Delplace and Thibault Perrine, Adam continued to develop his career at the National Conservatory of Music and Dance, Paris (CNSMDP) within a composition. During which he was awarded for his distinguished abilities in harmony, counterpoint, fugue and forms and orchestration.
Between 2015 and 2017, he studied improvisation under Paul Goussot at the Rueil-Malmaison Conservatoire, before attending the classes of Thierry Escaich and Laszlo Fassang at the CNSM in Paris where he just obtained a Bachelor degree. In 2018, he began studying music from the middle ages under the direction of Raphaël Picazos, practicing vocal improvisation, deciphering of ancient manuscripts and medieval counterpoint.
As an organist, he performs concerts in France, Italy and Germany, playing both organ literature and improvisation. In 2021, he was awarded with the 1st prize and the public prize at the Schwäbisch Gmünd international organ improvisation competition. As a pianist, he loves accompanying singers and was invited at the Théâtre du Ranelagh in Paris in 2019 for a concert dedicated to Offenbach. He is actually performing in duo with mezzo-soprano Jeanne Pâris. From 2020 to 2022, he was heading the Festival Voix d’Orgues de Bédarieux as an artistic manager, where he promoted creation and crossings between organ, poetry and dance.
As a composer, he collaborates on various artistic projects, among which “‘I remembered a hundred times’ an installation by Sophie Kitching (National School of Decorative Arts, 2014) and ‘Récif’ a short film by Assia Piqueras (Fresnoy National Contemporary Arts Studio, 2017). In 2021, he is a laureate of the composition academy Léo Delibes in Compiègne (France), for which he composed a “Petite suite” for Saxophone Quartett (first performed by Ellipsos quartet in june 2021). As an arranger, he collaborates with Angers opera house on a opéra-comique by the french composer François Bazin, to be performed in 2022.
